At VACCA we continually work to improve the quality of our programs and services for our community – that’s why we always welcome your feedback. Anyone can make a complaint or provide feedback.
Feedback includes:
- Telling us what you are happy about
- Giving us an idea on how we can do better
- Making a complaint
You can provide feedback or make a complaint by:
- Speaking directly with VACCA staff who work with you or their Team Leader
- Completing the feedback form below
- Emailing us at feedback@vacca.org
- Filling in the feedback and complaints form at your nearest VACCA office
- Writing to the VACCA CQI Manager at PO Box 494, Northcote Plaza, Northcote VIC 3070
You have the right to have an advocate or support person of your choice assist you to give feedback or make a complaint. All feedback is treated confidentially (see our privacy policy here) and will only be seen by those who need to see it. As an Aboriginal organisation working within community we’re always careful with any possible conflicts of interest when deciding who is the best person to follow up your concerns.
