Aboriginal Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

In addition to our EAP program for all staff, we offer an Aboriginal Employee Assistance Program provided by the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS). It recognises the unique challenges Aboriginal staff face when working in their own communities and provides the opportunity to facilitate healing and develop strategies in accordance with cultural safety and self-determination. It can be accessed for a wide range of work-related and personal concerns.
