VACCA's Aboriginal Graduate Program is designed to be personalised and interconnected - equipping graduates with all the skills and experience they need to launch their career and support the children, families and young people we work with at VACCA.

Program Overview

Upon beginning the program, graduates will start on a 12-month rotation across various service delivery program areas, giving them an opportunity to explore the full diversity of programs offered at VACCA while also discovering potential paths for their future careers.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Are you Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander?
  2. Have you completed a Diploma (AQF level 5) to Masters (AQF level 9) in a field related to community and social services within the past 24 months?
  3. Already started in a new role? This initiative is open to recent hires, so if you have started a new role within the last 12 months, you are eligible for the program.

This program is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain comprehensive experience in community and social services, supported by VACCA's commitment to excellence and professional growth.
